The MT-102 Hydraulic Hose Crimping Machine is built for heavy-duty crimping applications up to 4 inch (4SN) hydraulic hoses.
Powered by a 380V 3-phase supply with a 4 kW motor, it is ideal for large hydraulic workshops and industrial plants that require high-pressure crimping for large-diameter hoses.
It features a large 190 mm maximum opening, an English control panel, foot pedal operation, and micrometer adjustment for precise and repeatable crimping. The new screw mold system enables faster die changes for efficient daily production.
