Cylinder Head Pressure Tester TPT1600/TPT1600L – hot water leak testing bench.
Maximum workpiece dimensions for both models are about 1300 mm length, 400 mm width, and 300 mm height, with a 500 L stainless steel tank and thermal barrier.
Heating is provided by two 4.5 kW elements with an electronic thermostat adjustable roughly from 14–70 °C, powered by a 3‑phase 380 V AC 60 Hz supply.
The hydraulic hoist is around 0.55 kW with a 0.25 kW gear‑motor giving 4 rpm rotation and 600 mm lift/drop travel in 10 seconds.
Approximate net weights are about 400 kg for TPT1600 and 480 kg for TPT1600L, with overall dimensions of 2000×1050×1700 mm and 2100×1050×1700 mm respectively.
Designed to pressure‑test cylinder head and block cooling circuits at about 4–5 bar with quick clamping, 360° electric roll‑over, hydraulic lifting, automatic water level, and 24 V low‑voltage controls for safe use in engine rebuilding workshops.
